I kind of can relate to what you are saying. I love the GF and a couple other forums and the people there. However there are times where I say something and it just kills the thread. I know it's probably irrational but I don't want to be a thread killer.

i know your all sensitive and awesome and stuff.its fine we all are like that sometimes.i just tend to stick to the "fuck it,i dont even care" school of thought,and just keep posting regardless.

I don't think it really has to do with being sensitive, just someone making an observation and like Dan said, maybe over thinking it a bit. I can't speak on anyone's behalf but my own but for me I have seen that if you don't click with the main/central group on the forum than posts tend to go ignored by them. Doesn't mean I won't post but it can get annoying to feel as though you are posting and talking to yourself and won't be accepted by the majority of the users on the forum. Not butthurt about it, just gets old after awhile. That is why I hope that I can find other forums and places that maybe I would be able to contribute to in a way that is more than the casual rambling.

You do kind of have to have a tough skin to post in forums sometimes. They are kind of like real life in the sense that there are cliques within cliques, some people fit in right away and others just stay casual and come in and out of the main clique. Idk. I'm just happy to have some people here interested in discussing stuff. The hierarchy and stuff like that doesn't really matter. Lets just communicate.

Sometimes it seems like no one even reads my posts, but I know it's just that no one has anything in particular to say back to me. It's like ending a message chat. Sometimes you don't know how to do it, but it has to end some time, and sometimes you honestly just have nothing else to say. |

Stupid question, does the "karma" points on this forum do anything besides just add up? What happens if you "smite" someone? I know some forums keep tallys of those things and some dont.

Sometimes too sensitive even. And when I'm having a hard time, my self esteem sinks and then I'm even more sensitive and whiney bitch. And I think everyone feels like that every once and a while. I mean if Jen, Evee and Dan isn't there, no one rarely says a word to me. With some people you click and with someone you don't. And I try to ignore things just not to create that drama all whines about. So sometimes that means just being quiet or talking to yourself. I don't know if this makes sense  I'm having one of those days, if you know what I mean  |
